Ocular inflammatory and Infectious Diseases 

Professor Yan Guex-Crosier is Head of the uveitis clinics at Jules Gonin Eye Hospital. He is Professor at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. His main clinical and research interests are in the field of intraocular inflammation (uveitis). Yan Guex-Crosier has published almost 125 research and clinical papers in scientific journals including reviews plus book chapters on uveitis. He has received grants from the Swiss National Fund and major ophthalmic foundations. Professor Yan Guex-Crosier is also in charge of the ophthalmic consultation of the Vaud University Hospital Center (CHUV) and could develop multiple collaborations with rheumatology department, internal medicine and infectious disease department. His main clinical and research interests are in the field of intraocular inflammation, mainly on the rupture of blood ocular barrier, macular oedema in uveitis, angiography, and cohort studies in uveitis (mainly JIA).
